Q. Can I Replace or Exchange the Product if I Don't Like?
A. Replacement or exchange shall be given only if there are any damages and within 2 days of delivery, if it’s more than 2 days then there shall be no replacement/exchange (Unboxing video is a must). For replacement, the item needs to be couriered back to the address we provide and we shall replace it and courier it once we get back your parcel. ( Stone coming out will not be considered as damaged as it can be stuck back .)
Q. Why was my COD order Cancelled?
A. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most PIN codes. However, if both Delhivery and DTDC Courier services do not support COD in your specific PIN code, the COD option for your order will be automatically canceled without prior intimation.
Q. Is Package opening Video a must?
A. Yes, in case of any missing items from your package please kindly provide us a complete package opening video without any cuts to facilitate easier help for you.
Q. What if the package returns back?
A. If the package returns back to us stating that the customer was unavailable. At the same time, if they came for delivery or they couldn’t reach out to the customer’s phone number then the package will return back to us and the customer will have to pay reshipping charges. Then once the package returns back to us we will Reship it (no refund will be provided).
Q. How many days does it take to Deliver the Product and Do you have express shipping?
A. The whole Delivery Process takes 5 to 15 working days, If there is any delay on the courier side, it will not count in the delivery timeline.(Orders within India and Please do provide a valid Indian number) and NO, we don't have Express Shipping.
Q. Payment error while placing your order through Google Pay ?
A. While placing your order through Google pay please press the PAY button for completion of the payment rather than you typing the amount and sending the payment. (Google pay new update initially accepts the payment later then refund's back the amount if the payment is sent directly by typing the amount).
Q. Will there be delivery if i provide a wrong phone number or invalid number while placing the order?
A. NO, the delivery person will not handover the package until you provide the OTP sent to your provided mobile number. If you are not able to receive the OTP due to wrong phone number then the package will be returned back to us. The customer will have to repay the reshipping charges which is INR 89.(Applicable only in Delhivery courier service)
Q. Can we Cancel the Order?
A. NO. Once the Order has been placed there is no Cancellation.
Q. Do You Ship Worldwide?
A. YES we do worldwide shipping. Shipping charges will be 2500 INR. The whole Process takes 5 to 20 Working days to receive the Parcel.
Q. Can we use international cards for payment?
A. YES we accept International cards. You can also use PAYPAL to place your order.
Q. Does the Jewellery come with Backrope?
A. YES. You can also buy Backchain separately in our website.
Q. Will the Product be Exactly as shown in the Picture?
A. As these are handcrafted by our local artisans so there shall be minute differences from piece to piece but not any major differences, no exchange shall be given based on a small minute differences!
Q. When and How do I Track my Parcel?
A. Once the item is shipped, the tracking shall be updated to your SMS/MAIL, Please click on the Tracking number and Track your Parcel .
Q. What is the Jewellery made of?
A. All of the products are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matte/imitation golden color. None of the jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewellery.
Q. Is there any guarantee/warranty for products?
A. No. There is no explicit guarantee / warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewellery to you.
Q. Can I polish the jewellery?
A. Artificial jewellery can not be polished.
